Quality
Eight gates. No lot skips one.
International buyers don't need promises — they need a system they can audit. This is ours, end to end.
Farmer / Source
Registered growers; harvest maturity guidance; rejected lots never enter the chain.
Procurement
Farm-gate grading by size and maturity; collection records with date and cluster.
Inspection
Inward check: cracks, water content, weight band, admixture. Fail = reject or downgrade.
Processing
Washed, graded, dried / pressed / packed to written SOPs; line hygiene checks each shift.
Quality Control
Batch sampling against the buyer-approved spec; retain samples kept per policy.
Packaging
Food-grade liners, sealed export packs, buyer labelling and barcode verification.
Documentation
Packing list, inspection note, phytosanitary & origin papers matched to the container.
Shipment
Supervised stuffing, seal recording, photo log; BL and document set within agreed window.
Traceability
Every export lot links back to its grower cluster and harvest week. If your QA team asks “which farm, which day” — we answer with records, not stories.
Laboratory testing
Moisture, microbiology and composition tests run per product line at accredited labs where the buyer spec requires them. Reports ship with the lot documents.
Certifications & documents
Certificate copies — with authority, number and validity — are shared during quotation. We publish no certificate we cannot produce.
