Naalika began with a simple observation: Kerala grows exceptional coconuts, but international buyers struggle to find suppliers who combine farm-level access with export-grade discipline. We built the company to be that bridge — rooted in groves, fluent in Incoterms.

How we work
- 1 · Farming network. Smallholder families across Kerala's coconut belt, mapped by variety, harvest window and road access.
- 2 · Procurement system. Graded farm-gate pricing published before pickup; maturity and size checked at collection.
- 3 · Processing. Washing, grading, drying / pressing / packing lines run to written SOPs with lot records.
- 4 · Export desk. One coordinator per buyer: quotation, sampling, inspection, stuffing, BL and documents.
